Monica & Eric Schneider, Owners
Monica and Eric Schneider founded Schneider Construction and Realty, LLC to provide unmatched solutions to our clients needs unlike any other firm in the area. Schneider Construction and Realty, LLC is a boutique firm that is the culmination of nearly 10 years of real estate experience in both Missouri and Florida ranging from real estate investing, property management, land sales, residential transactions, and finally new construction. We provide every client with the VIP treatment and strive for 100% customer satisfaction on every transaction. For the past 3 years Eric has been researching and perfecting our offering with a focus on cottage homes/ADU's. Monica is an environmental engineer with more than ten years of construction project management. She has led construction projects for international organizations as well as the Navy, Army, and Air Force. Eric earned his Certified Residential Contractor license in February of 2024 and Broker license in December of 2021 and is experienced in both commercial and residential real estate with an emphasis on sales and investments.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you only build small homes?
No. We can build any size home you would like up to 3 stories tall.
Are your tiny homes built on wheels?
No. All of our models are permanant, insurable, and built to the same requirements of a traditional home.
Does Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties allow for tiny homes?
Yes and no. Our homes are allowed in both counties, however you must check with your local homeowners association and your restrictive covenants to see if they are allowed on your lot.
Who else is building tiny homes?
A handful of builders are building tiny homes. However we have a spec home for potential clients to view.
Why are there so few tiny home builders in the market?
Industries resist change. Many builders are sticking to what they’ve always done because it’s worked for them in the past. Or perhaps they are reluctant to transition to a smaller footprint build. Our solution is accounting for market trend analysis and increasing construction costs.
